Bolley’s Famous Franks is a family owned fast casual restaurant. Our claim to fame is our Bolleys’ famous frank. It is a natural casing hot dog fried in peanut oil on a steamed bun with our sautéed onions. We have fresh cut fries. Bolleys’ onion rings, haddock, and chicken are hand breaded for each order. The quality of our food, camaraderie and service has sustained our famous name. It has been said that our famous hand cut homemade donuts are the best in the state. We say they are because they are cooked fresh every morning. Most importantly the main ingredient to Bolleys is our loyal customers old and new, which has given us the ability to continue to open our doors for over 50 years. We have stayed true to Bolley’s tradition and recipes that Bolley himself taught us to do. It is what has kept us famous over the decades.
